Refund and cancellation policy

RankVyuh is free during the beta, so there is nothing to refund yet. This policy applies once paid plans start.
Refunds
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying a Mock Pack, Till-Exam Pass or Multi-exam Pass, as long as you have not started any mock that the plan unlocked.
- Improvement Packs can be refunded within 7 days if you have not started the pack.
- If a payment fails but money leaves your account, or you are charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.
- If a technical fault on our side stops you from taking a paid mock, we will restore the attempt or refund it.
Monthly Pass
- You can cancel the UPI Autopay mandate at any time from your UPI app or from My account. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- We do not refund part-used months.
How to ask
Email support@rankvyuh.com from your account email with the subject “Refund” and your payment reference. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
